Playing with polymer clay

Thanks to Keri for inviting me to post on her blog! I discovered her fantastic Wall Dancers several years ago on Ebay so I've admired her creativity for a l-o-n-g time and recently was delighted to "meet" her a little more personally as a member of a group we both belong to on Flickr, the Polymer Clay Artists Guild of Etsy.

Artsy Clay was born 11 years ago when a friend's daughter, then age 6, was wearing the most beautiful necklace she'd made herself in school. Having always loved handmade things, I was very intrigued. Her mom told me to buy some "Sculpey" which I'd never heard of before, and I've been totally addicted ever since!
